1.2. These T&C come into force as soon as You click on the “ACCEPT” button, if you do it, you signify to SPINMATIC ENTERTAINMENT LTD that You have read these T&C and accept them. By using any of the Website You signify that You agree with these T&C.

1.6. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted on https://www.spinmatic.com. It is Your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific Rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updates with all amendments each time You play. You can easily identify whether these T&C have changed by referring to the Version number and the date of the current T&C stated on this page.
1.7. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.

2. GAME PLAY

3.4. If for some reason You are not satisfied with the resolution of Your complaint by SPINMATIC ENTERTAINMENT LTD, you can complain to the Malta’s Data Protection Commissioner attached in annex A.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. SOFTQUO HOLDING LTD is the sole owner of the trademark SPINMATIC ENTERTAINMENT LTD and the SPINMATIC ENTERTAINMENT LTD logo. Any unauthorised use of these trademarks and logo may result in prosecution.
4.2. The site https://www.spinmatic.com is the uniform resource locator of SPINMATIC ENTERTAINMENT LTD and no unauthorised use may be made of this URL on another website or digital platform without our prior written consent.
4.3. SOFTQUO HOLDING LTD is the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and business systems used within this Website.
